By placing an order on PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE, the buyer declares that he enjoys the exercise of the civil rights. PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE  retains the possibility to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented with a brief description showing its main characteristics and composition. Prices

The prices shown on the website www.phoera-makeup.com are in EUROS, all taxes included, taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The prices indicated as promotional are valid until stocks last, unless otherwise indicated.

Order and conclusion of contract

 PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE through site www.phoera-makeup.com, only accepts requests for customers with headquarters or domicile in the European Economic Community (EEC). PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order. PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE may unilaterally refuse to accept the order or to enter into a contract with the buyer. Paiement terms

Payment for the products can be made by the means available at checkout and according to the country of destination of the goods. In the case of payment by credit card, the buyer's credit card will be debited when the order is validated. PHOERA-MAKEUP EUROPE is in no way responsible for charges related to a debit. When the payment option chosen by the customer is bank transfer, MB-WAY or PAYPAL or other third parties methods, payments are managed by the platforms of the respective payment services. The order is validated once the payment is confirmed by the respective providers of these services. If payment is not made by the buyer within a maximum period of 24 hours, the order is deemed to be cancelled.
