DESCRIPTION
PHOERA instant brow glue available in four tinted shades for a range of hair colors, plus one clear eyebrow gel that dries down totally transparent. High-impact shades to complement an array of hair colors. This eyebrow glue is a must for long-lasting brow looks. Dries down to a natural, non-sticky finish, brows are full, feathered & fixed in place. Stick it to your brows!
INGREDIENTS
It’s quick and easy to apply: Just use the included round spoolie brush to style and set your brows in place. If desired, you can use PHOERA Ultra Slim Brow Pencil to darken and fill in sparse areas.
